As a model or actor you are a representation of what you present. You are a product. Presentation is key. If you present a crappy product to prospective buyers most likely your sales will not go up. If you present photos to perspective agencies that are seriously unprofessional (Naked, horrible quality, photos with your friends) you will not be looked at seriously.
